Duties

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to craft strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track interactions, update account information, and analyze sales trends.
  • Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and integrations clearly to clients.
  • Lead account reviews, analyze client data for insights, and recommend actions to maximize account growth and satisfaction.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within technology or software sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex solutions clearly.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client data and sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability in analysis skills to interpret data trends and inform strategic decisions.

Pay: $51,411.33 - $61,914.71 per year
