Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts / Purchase Executive to manage purchase transactions and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of invoice processing, documentation, and accounting systems, particularly Tally Prime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and confirm receipt of goods or services.
- Enter and manage invoices in the accounting system.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions.
- Record and manage Debit Note and Credit Note entries.
- Handle documentation related to Purchase, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.
- Manage and operate the MPOS system.
- Respond to and resolve queries from the sales and warehouse teams.
- Prepare and maintain daily collection reports.
Requirements:
- Experience working with accounting software (Tally Prime is required).
- Strong knowledge of purchase processes and accounting entries.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
