Overview
We are hiring a senior-level Paid Ads Manager to take full ownership of our paid acquisition efforts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and OTT (MNTN).
This is a hands-on operator role, not a coordinator position. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, testing, optimization, and performance reporting.
You will work directly with leadership, alongside a CRO partner and creative team, to drive measurable growth in demo requests and pipeline.
Scope of Responsibility
You will own the full paid ads system:
- Campaign strategy and structure
- Audience development and targeting
- Creative direction (working with video + design teams)
- Ad copy and messaging
- Testing frameworks and iteration cycles
- Budget allocation and scaling strategy
- Retargeting funnels across platforms
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Ongoing optimization for efficiency and volume
This is a performance-driven role with clear accountability.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of hands-on paid media experience
- Proven track record scaling campaigns while improving efficiency
- Deep experience in Facebook and Instagram ads (managed separately)
- Experience or strong familiarity with TikTok and OTT (MNTN preferred)
- Strong understanding of creative testing and performance drivers
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership
- Comfortable working part-time in a high-impact role
- Experience working with CRO teams and performance-focused environments
Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour
