Job Overview
Fiducient Advisors, a leading consulting firm managing over $225 billion in assets, is seeking a motivated and highly organised Remote Appointment Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This is a Full-Time, remote position based in Chicago, Illinois, United States. In this role, you will be a crucial first point of contact, responsible for efficiently managing schedules and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and advisors. The salary for this position is $22 - $40 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage and coordinate the calendars of our financial advisors, scheduling meetings and appointments with clients and prospects.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling requests, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner.
* Maintain accurate client records and appointment details within our CRM system.
* Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure the advisors' time is optimised.
* Collaborate with the advisory team to streamline scheduling processes and enhance operational efficiency.
* Prepare and distribute necessary documentation or information to clients and advisors ahead of scheduled meetings.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative support, scheduling, or client service role.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanour.
* Proficiency in using calendar management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment.
* A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with integrity.
* Previous experience in the financial services or consulting industry is desirable but not essential.
