Remote Property Manager (Leasing + Systems + Tenant Operations)

We’re not looking for a typical property manager.

We’re building a systems-driven property management company that runs on speed, structure, and high standards. We need someone who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations and keep everything moving without constant oversight.

If you’re organized, responsive, and know how to handle tenants, applications, and communication without things slipping through the cracks, keep reading.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to tenant and lead inquiries quickly and professionally
• Managing applications from start to approval to move-in
• Coordinating showings and following up with prospects
• Communicating with owners and keeping them updated
• Handling maintenance coordination and tenant issues
• Keeping everything organized inside our systems
• Identifying issues early and solving them before they grow

Systems you’ll work in:

• Buildium
• Zillow / ShowMojo
• Go High Level
• Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, folders)

If you don’t know all of these but you learn fast, that’s fine.

Who this is for:

• You move with urgency but stay organized
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• You don’t need to be micromanaged
• You can handle multiple conversations and tasks at once
• You’ve worked in property management, leasing, or similar operations
• You understand that delays cost deals and create problems

This is not a good fit if:

• You need constant direction
• You respond slowly or miss details
• You disappear during the day
• You’re overloaded with other work

What success looks like:

• Applications are processed quickly and correctly
• Tenants feel taken care of
• Owners feel informed and confident
• Issues get handled before they escalate
• Systems stay clean and organized

This is a long-term role with room to grow as we scale.

Pay: From $8.00 per hour
