To protect our database systems and maintain an active seat on our tracking roster, all representatives are held to a strict, non-negotiable performance quota of 20 closed and paid accounts per calendar month. If you are looking for a casual role, a baseline salary to sit idle, or cannot hit high-volume closing metrics independently, do not apply. We move with absolute speed, and we terminate contracts for anyone unable to maintain the 20-deal monthly floor once initialized.

Commission Architecture (Earn Pure USD)

We offer an aggressive, flat 50% revenue split paid out instantly the second a client invoice settles via our integrated Stripe gateway:

Core Responsibilities

• Outbound Pipeline Navigation: Cold-calling local trade businesses in the United States (roofers, plumbers, HVAC technicians, landscapers) using our highly optimized script frameworks.
• Consultative Value Selling: Auditing small business digital footprints, presenting our rapid 48-hour website modernization solutions, and overcoming budget or timeline hesitations.
• Direct Closing: Guiding interested business owners straight through to a closed transaction using our integrated billing links.
• Data Logging: Maintaining clean, accurate activity metrics inside your assigned central CRM tracking sheets.

Mandatory Infrastructure Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

MKS Media provides the central CRM tracking systems, optimized script frameworks, and 100% of the backend technical web development fulfillment. To maintain active deployment on our roster, representatives must independently provide their own operational setup:

• Dedicated Outbound Calling Infrastructure: You must independently provide your own telephone line/VoIP software configuration (e.g., Skype, Zoom Phone, Google Voice, or any international dialing line) capable of making unlimited clear outbound calls to the United States on your own account.
• Power Redundancy: You must have a reliable backup power solution (UPS, Inverter, or Generator) ensuring 100% uptime during your shift, completely unaffected by local load-shedding.
• Internet Redundancy: High-speed internet connection with a secondary mobile data/hotspot backup solution ready to deploy instantly if your primary network drops.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional, clear, fluent, and highly persuasive English verbal communication skills. Thick, unarticulable accents will not be approved.
