Make Fortune Business Solutions LLC is one of the leading consulting firms in Dubai, specializing in accounting, tax, and compliance services for UAE-based companies.
We are looking for a Bookkeeper (Primary Accounting) with experience working with legal entities registered in the UAE.

This is a long-term remote position for a proactive and detail-oriented professional. We offer stable workload, structured processes, and real opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records and prepare reports in 1C / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
• Review accuracy of accounting entries and restore accounting records when required
• Request, process, and verify primary documents (invoices, contracts, bank statements)
• Communicate with clients regarding documentation (complex matters are escalated to senior accountants)
• Process payroll and work with the WPS system
• Prepare documentation for auditors and assist with addressing audit remarks

Requirements

• Russian speaker!!!
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper
• Practical experience with UAE accounting
• Experience in production accounting, calculation of the product cost
• English level B1+ (written communication and basic client interaction)
• Confident user of 1C / Zoho Books / QuickBooks
• Understanding of payroll calculation and taxation in the UAE
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, client-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
