Remote Brand & Social Media Manager

About Us

We are an ABA therapy clinic based in Dubai looking for a creative, reliable, and experienced Brand & Social Media Manager to manage our online presence and help us grow. We prefer someone with experience in nurseries, schools, ABA centers, or child-focused services.

Responsibilities

Branding & Content Creation

• Develop and maintain our branding, tone, and messaging
• Create posts, reels, stories, and educational content aimed at parents and educational sectors
• Design all social media content (Canva or similar)

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages
• Coordinate content calendar
• Engage with parents and respond to messages

Campaign & Ads Management

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (events, promotions, awareness)
• Run boosted posts and simple ad campaigns
• Track ad performance

KPIs & Analytics

• Monthly performance report
• Track reach, engagement, clicks, audience demographics
• Identify what posts work best and why

Website Management

• Update website pages
• Track website visits & leads (Google Analytics / Meta Pixel)

Requirements

• Experience in branding or marketing for nurseries, schools, ABA centers, or childcare sectors
• Strong content creation skills
• Ability to create posts & reels independently
• Experience with campaign management & ad boosting
• Knowledge of KPIs and performance tracking
• Portfolio of past campaigns
• Strong English writing skills (Arabic also preferable)
• Reliable internet & availability during UAE business hours
