Remote business development & operations coordinator

Location: Remote

Working Hours 9:00-18:00 ( UK Time )

Salary: PKR 120000-210000 per month ( depending on experience and expertise )

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote Business Development & Operations Coordinator to support the Director and oversee day-to-day business operations.

This is a senior-level remote role combining business development, compliance management (ISO standards), invoicing, staff coordination, executive (PA) support, and operational oversight.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, solid IT knowledge, and experience managing ISO compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Management

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Identifying new business opportunities

Acting as a primary point of contact for customers

Supporting company growth initiatives

Invoicing & Financial Administration

Raising and issuing invoices

Monitoring outstanding payments

Professionally chasing overdue invoices

Maintaining accurate financial records

ISO Compliance & Register Management

Maintaining and updating compliance registers

Managing documentation and records for:

ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)

ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems)

Basic working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management)

Ensuring policies, procedures, and documentation remain compliant

Supporting audit preparation

Coordinating internally to gather compliance evidence and documentation

Operations & Staff Management

Communicating daily with team members

Assigning tasks and monitoring progress

Ensuring deadlines are met

Reporting updates and performance summaries to the Director

Managing internal workflow and operational systems

Executive / PA Support

Managing the Director’s calendar and appointments

Scheduling meetings and sending reminders

Managing emails and correspondence where required

Supporting broader business management functions

Requirements

Proven experience in business operations, compliance, or management

Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Basic understanding of ISO 27001

Experience maintaining compliance registers and documentation

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Good IT knowledge and confidence using digital systems

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time)

Desirable Skills

Experience supporting ISO audits

CRM or project management software experience

Financial administration experience

Previous remote leadership or management experience

Executive Assistant / PA experience
