Job Summary:


The Business Office Manager is responsible for managing the daily administrative and financial functions of the office. This role oversees billing, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, budgeting, office staff, and regulatory compliance while ensuring smooth business operations and excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
  • Supervise and train administrative office staff.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and account issues professionally.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of office personnel.
  • Maintain confidential business and employee records.
  • Collaborate with senior management to improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor office productivity and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

 

  • Experienced in office management, business administration, or financial operations.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and office management practices.
