Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative (Work From Home)

We are seeking motivated and professional Remote Call Center Agents to join our growing customer support team. In this role, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide a high level of service in a fast-paced remote environment.

This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling options once training is completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information, support, and issue resolution
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and call protocols
  • Maintain performance metrics (quality, attendance, productivity)
  • Deliver excellent customer experience on every interaction

Required Qualifications

  • Must pass a background check (mandatory for all hires)
  • Must successfully complete a standard call center skills assessment prior to job offer
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of professionalism and reliability

Equipment Requirements (Mandatory)

Applicants must have their own fully functional remote workspace, including:

  • Desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks or tablets)
  • High-speed wired internet connection (Ethernet required; no Wi-Fi-only setups)
  • USB headset with microphone
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment

Training Requirements

  • Paid/structured training program (paid every 2 weeks)
  • Daytime availability is strongly preferred during training (4 Weeks)
  • Must attend all scheduled training sessions with full participation
  • Performance during training is closely evaluated for final placement

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Flexible scheduling available after successful training completion
  • Multiple shift options may be available depending on campaign needs
  • Some weekend or evening availability may be required based on assignment
  • Consistent attendance and reliability are essential
