Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Remote Call Centre Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in upholding our company's commitment to outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner and the ability to manage customer enquiries efficiently in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing enquiries about our construction services, project timelines, and scheduling.
  • Accurately book appointments and coordinate service calls for our field-based teams.
  • Listen to client concerns, effectively troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company's services and capabilities.
  • Adhere to company communication protocols and service standards to ensure a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional demeanour.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for active listening.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant office applications.
  • A dedicated and quiet home office setup suitable for professional remote work.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
