We are looking for a Remote Call Center Representative who will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary.

- Address customer questions and resolve concerns efficiently.

- Document customer interactions and update account information.

- Escalate complex issues as needed.

- Meet performance metrics while maintaining customer confidentiality.

 

Qualifications:

- High school diploma required; previous customer service experience preferred.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Basic computer proficiency.

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
