Job Title: Part-Time Call Centre Agent (UK Recruitment Business)

Location: Remote (Pakistan-based candidates preferred)

Hours: Fixed hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK Time, Monday to Thursday

Compensation: Up to ₨80,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level)

About the Role

We are a UK-based recruitment business seeking a dependable and hardworking Call Centre Agent to support our outreach to client companies. You will be responsible for making outbound calls using provided scripts, training, and systems.

This is a part-time, remote role suited to someone with native-level English speaking skills and a professional, confident telephone manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK companies during fixed hours.
• Deliver conversations clearly and professionally, following provided scripts.
• Build rapport with decision-makers and represent the business confidently.
• Record call outcomes accurately and report feedback as required.
• Work reliably and consistently during assigned hours.

Essential Requirements

• Native-level English speaking ability with a neutral, American, or British accent (clear pronunciation and grammar are critical).
• Must own a laptop/PC, a working phone, and have a strong, reliable internet connection.
• Dependable, hardworking, and disciplined with time management.
• Quiet, distraction-free working environment.

Preferred (Not Essential)

• Experience in telesales, customer service, or recruitment.
• Strong persuasion or sales skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary of up to ₨80,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Training, phone set-up guidance, and scripts provided.
• Fixed, part-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time.
