About the Role

Astral Finch Marketing is hiring Call centre Fronter for our Final Expense Life Insurance Campaign. Agents will be responsible for making outbound calls, asking qualifying questions, and transferring interested customers to our verification team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients.
• Ask few simple qualifying questions.
• Transfer 4–5 valid calls per day (minimum requirement) to closers.
• Log and update call information accurately.
• Follow scripts and maintain professionalism in every interaction.

Requirements

Fluent English (MUST)
Minimum 12 months of call centre experience (MUST)
Experience with Vicidicl (MUST)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Reliable internet, headset, and laptop/PC

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: 30,000 (based on performance).
• Timings: 10 PM – 5 AM PKT (aligned with U.S. hours, 7 hours Shift).
• Working Days: Monday to Friday

Training

• Training: Training will be provided (We are only looking for experienced candidates)
