Remote Case Manager / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Case Manager / Administrative Assistant to support coordination of psychoeducational evaluation cases. This role focuses on managing case logistics from intake through report completion, ensuring clear communication with families, schools, and evaluation team members. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple cases while keeping timelines on track. This is a fully remote independent contractor position (1099).

Duties

  • Coordinate evaluation cases from start to finish
  • Communicate with families, schools, and examiners regarding scheduling and case updates quickly and accurately.
  • Assign examiners and coordinate testing locations or office space when needed
  • Request and track records, rating scales, and required documentation
  • Monitor case timelines and follow up to ensure evaluations and reports stay on schedule
  • Maintain organized case tracking systems and documentation
  • Provide general administrative support related to evaluation cases

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently
  • Experience in administrative coordination, healthcare, education, or case management preferred
  • Ability to respond to emails promptly and resolve requests within the same day.
  • Comfortable working remotely with high attention to detail
  • Utilize Microsoft and Google Work Space

Pay: $24.92 - $30.01 per hour
