We are looking for a talented and trust-worthy individual to work as a Remote Chat Support Agent for our company. We would prefer a female employee, but if you are responsible and trusted, any gender can be accepted.

We are a USA-based company, working in the online gaming market. With multiple entertaining games, we are one of the most trusted gaming platforms.

Job Description:

As a Chat Support Agent, you will be working on Meta Business Suite to communicate with clients, respond accordingly, and create gaming accounts through backends. You will also confirm payments and load the games for the players. Each support agent will be provided Google spreadsheet link to record the players referral codes.

Training will be provided.

Job Timings: will be discussed

This job requires a strict policy that demands no job responsibilities or details be discussed or shared with an unauthorised person, as payments are being processed and personal information of clients is involved.

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate
• Good Spoken and written English
• Responsible
• Tech Savvy
• Fast Learner
• Own Equipment (Laptop- minimum Windows 10)

Note: No days off/holidays will be given, it's a 7-day job, and in case of emergency, you should discuss with your team members, as they will cover your shift.

The salary will be increased based on performance.
