The Sales Representative – Cold Caller is the initial point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for managing and nurturing both inbound and outbound leads. This role works closely with the manager to schedule appointments, organize lead information, and support a seamless client experience from first interaction through conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via text and phone
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Track lead activity, keep records updated, and prepare regular status reports
  • Enter and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM
  • Conduct professional follow-ups to boost lead engagement
  • Make outbound cold calls to create new opportunities and grow the customer base
  • Work closely with the Sales and Management Teams to improve lead conversion strategies

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to engage clients in a friendly, professional, conversational way
  • Fluent in English (bilingual applicants strongly preferred)
  • At least 2 years of cold-calling experience
  • At least 2 years of sales experience (real estate, cabinetry, or other home services)
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and handling accurate data entry

Compensation:
- Compensation starts at $5 per hour plus commission, with a potential monthly earnings of up to $2,400.
