Job Title: Remote Commercial Photo Editor and Retoucher (Full-Time)
Location: Remote (Must be able to work in Dubai Time Zone)

Job Description:
Innovex Agency is seeking a highly skilled Remote Commercial Photo Editor and Retoucher to join our team. This role will involve editing and retouching high-quality commercial images for a variety of industries, including product photography, corporate branding, advertising campaigns, and lifestyle imagery. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical proficiency in photo editing software, and experience in producing polished, professional-grade photos that align with client specifications and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, retouch, and enhance commercial photos to meet the highest industry standards.
• Work with product, lifestyle, and corporate photography, ensuring high-quality, flawless results.
• Perform advanced photo retouching, including skin smoothing, color correction, background removal, and compositing.
• Ensure consistency across all images by adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and photographers to understand project requirements and deliver the desired look and feel for each project.
• Manage and organize photos to maintain a streamlined workflow and efficient file system.
• Communicate effectively with the team to meet project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of final images.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in photo editing and retouching techniques, including the latest software tools and industry standards.
• Ensure photos are optimized for various media, including social media, print, and web use.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Photo Editor and Retoucher, particularly for product photography, advertising, and branding.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing and retouching software.
• Strong understanding of color correction, exposure adjustment, and image compositing.
• Ability to perform high-end retouching techniques, including but not limited to skin retouching, object removal, background editing, and product enhancements.
• Knowledge of image optimization for different platforms (e.g., web, print, social media).
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous commercial editing and retouching work, particularly in product or lifestyle photography.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the team’s goals and requirements.
• Proficiency in English.

Working Hours & Days:

• Full-time position, with working hours aligned with the Dubai time zone.
• Flexible working hours with core hours of availability for collaboration and communication.

Hiring Process:

Round 1: Initial Screening

• Review of portfolio showcasing commercial photo editing and retouching work, particularly product and lifestyle shots.
• Discussion of photo editing and retouching techniques, software proficiency, and previous remote work experience.

Round 2: Practical Assignment & Final Evaluation

• Candidates will be asked to complete a photo editing and retouching task based on provided images to demonstrate their skills.
• Presentation and discussion of their work, followed by feedback and refinement.

We’re looking for a talented Remote Commercial Photo Editor and Retoucher who is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering professional-quality images for commercial clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£26,000.00 - E£30,000.00 per month
