Remote Contract Attorney-Estate Planning

Small Dallas metro estate planning firm seeking experienced remote contract attorneys. Provable experience should include revocable and irrevocable trusts, deed transfers, enhanced life estate deeds, transfer on death deeds and standard estate planning. We service the needs for clients with a net worth of under 2 million. Such as wills, power of attorneys, advance directives, beneficiary designations, and small business succession.

Duties

• irrevocable trusts
• enhanced life estate deeds
• transfer on death deeds
• wills, deed transfers,
• estate planning for clients with needs and net worth under 2 million

Qualifications

• licensed attorney (resumes with multiple state licenses will be thoroughly reviewed.)
• proven experience in the above areas
• Own dedicated or shared office setup required, with privacy for client meetings.
• Proven experience with 50+estate planning clients.
• Available to work 1-2+ nights per month 5-9p

Preferred

Attorneys with existing solo practices seeking $1-3k per month supplemental income.

Attorneys in a major metro or within 20 miles of a population above 150k.

Fully virtual role. Begins as of Counsel.

Interviews begin the last week of January 2026.
