Remote Customer Experience Associate

This is for a growing health and fitness ecommerce brand known for a loyal customer base and high repeat order volume. They’re adding to their team to support day-to-day customer interactions tied directly to orders, products, and the overall brand experience.

This role sits close to the core of the business, where customer feedback, order flow, and product experience all connect.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage inbound customer communication across email and chat, focused on orders, product questions, and account support
• Handle order-related requests including tracking, shipping updates, delivery issues, returns, and exchanges
• Support subscription or repeat purchase customers with updates, changes, and billing-related questions
• Provide clear product guidance based on customer goals, usage questions, or general inquiries
• Monitor incoming feedback and identify patterns tied to products, fulfillment, or customer experience
• Coordinate with fulfillment and operations teams to resolve order discrepancies or delays
• Keep customer records and interactions accurately documented within the system
• Support high-volume periods tied to product drops, promotions, or seasonal demand

• Experience in customer support, ecommerce, or order management
• Strong written communication, clear, direct, and easy to follow
• Ability to manage a steady flow of conversations while staying organized
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy across orders and customer information
• Comfortable working within support platforms and ecommerce systems
