Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on delivering exceptional support. Key responsibilities include:
• Responding professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and digital messaging platforms.
• Providing clear and accurate information regarding pharmacy benefits, claims, and available health solutions.

• Collaborating with internal departments, including care coordination and pharmacy teams, to manage and resolve complex customer cases.

• Consistently meeting or exceeding established performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of experience, skills, and personal attributes. The essential qualifications include:
• Proven experience in a customer-facing service role. Experience within the healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance sectors is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

• A high degree of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with sensitive situations.
