Essmann's Cabinetry and Millwork, a specialist in high-quality custom cabinetry, furniture, and wood mouldings, is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. We pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and tailored solutions for a diverse clientele, including corporate and church environments. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for excellence by providing outstanding support and ensuring a seamless client experience. This is a Full-Time, fully remote position, offering an opportunity to work with a leader in bespoke woodwork.

Salary: $45 - $55, USD per hour

Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries, responding promptly and professionally via email and telephone.
* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product range, including custom cabinetry, furniture, component parts, and mouldings, to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
* Assist clients throughout the order process, from initial enquiry and quotation support to order tracking and coordinating delivery logistics.
* Address and resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency, liaising with internal departments such as design and production to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
* Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all client communications and transactions within our CRM system.
* Proactively gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
* Provide administrative support to the sales and production teams as required.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service, client relations, or account management role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and articulate telephone manner.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* A patient, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Experience or a keen interest in the cabinetry, furniture, or interior design industry is highly desirable but not essential.
