Customer Service Rep / Admissions Support Rep - Work from home!

Requirements:

  • Previous call center experience - remote experience a plus!
  • Healthcare/medical experience
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Motivated to help people and make a real difference

Available Schedules (All times are in Pacific):

Days, Evenings, Overnight

PT and FT hours available. One weekend day required.

What is Rollover Rep?

At Rollover Rep, we help people struggling with behavioral and mental health conditions reach a voice; not a voicemail. When admissions teams are unavailable, we help callers with the initial admissions process by collecting brief information. We assist providers across the country by answering their inbound calls, ensuring that no one misses this opportunity for help. Patients who reach out may struggle with substance use disorder, mental health conditions, eating disorders and other diagnoses. The caller is at a critical moment where help is needed and Rollover Rep is here to answer the call. We are a diverse and tight-knit team, 100% remote, with an exciting, group dynamic!

Job Overview

Rollover Rep is experiencing unprecedented growth in 2025 and we are looking for the right candidates to join our team. As part of our growing business, we are looking for candidates that can help give high-quality service to our clients’ inbound calls, while maintaining an empathetic and compassionate demeanor. All inbound calls will be answered through a softphone service via the internet, relevant case information is gathered in order to guide the caller forward in the admissions process, and then all collected data is securely sent to our partnered clients for their review and follow-up.

Technical requirements:

  • PC only (no macs, chromebooks, iPads, tablets, etc.)
  • System memory 8GB or higher
  • Windows 10 OS or higher
  • Internet download speeds of 128 kbps or higher
