The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring a positive and professional experience. We are offering a competitive annual salary ranging from $58,000 to $125,000 USD, dependent on experience.


Responsibilities


* Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via email, telephone, and live chat.

* Proactively identify and assess customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

* Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem.

* Maintain and update customer accounts and records with accuracy and detail.

* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

* Provide customers with comprehensive information about our products and services.

* Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent customer experience.

* Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimise customer service processes.


Qualifications


* Proven experience in a customer service or a similar client-facing role.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities.

* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

* Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.

* A high degree of empathy, patience, and professionalism.
