Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

A&A Telecomm Call Center is seeking dependable Remote Customer Service Representatives to provide professional inbound support to customers across a variety of client programs. In this role, you will assist customers with questions, account support, and general service needs while maintaining a positive and professional experience on every interaction.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicate clearly over the phone, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, product information, and basic troubleshooting
  • Make occasional outbound follow-up calls when needed to resolve customer requests or gather feedback
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM systems and internal tools
  • Complete data entry tasks while maintaining high accuracy
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Work collaboratively with supervisors or team members to resolve more complex customer issues

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling inbound customer calls in a professional environment
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced customer service setting

Optional Skills

  • Experience working in remote customer service environments (2+ Years)
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus and help support a diverse customer base
