Job Overview
A&A Telecomm Call Center is seeking dependable Remote Customer Service Representatives to provide professional inbound support to customers across a variety of client programs. In this role, you will assist customers with questions, account support, and general service needs while maintaining a positive and professional experience on every interaction.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicate clearly over the phone, and are comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, product information, and basic troubleshooting
- Make occasional outbound follow-up calls when needed to resolve customer requests or gather feedback
- Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM systems and internal tools
- Complete data entry tasks while maintaining high accuracy
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Work collaboratively with supervisors or team members to resolve more complex customer issues
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling inbound customer calls in a professional environment
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
- Strong typing and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced customer service setting
Optional Skills
- Experience working in remote customer service environments (2+ Years)
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus and help support a diverse customer base
