Job Overview
HEC Income Tax Preparation is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction. This is a fully remote opportunity open to applicants residing in the United States only.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services
Assist clients with account updates and general support requests
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalism
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service, administrative, or client support experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with computers and common communication platforms
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
