  • Assist clients with account management, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Utilize your multilingual skills to support a diverse customer base across different regions.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions through data entry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every customer feels valued and understood.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Experience

  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong plus, especially in languages relevant to our client base.
  • Proven sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques can be advantageous.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices, including effective communication skills and phone etiquette.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach initiatives is desirable.
