Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous support through phone, email, and chat channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining company standards and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must reside in South Carolina.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of customer service experience required.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
