Springline Advisory is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering an excellent opportunity to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support and ensuring a seamless client experience, reflecting our commitment to excellence in strategic advisory and operational solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, capable of representing our firm to clients across various sectors.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, responding professionally and promptly via email, phone, and other digital communication channels.
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding Springline Advisory's consulting services and offerings.
* Efficiently manage and resolve client issues, complaints, and requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
* Escalate complex or technical issues to the relevant internal teams or senior consultants while maintaining ownership of the client relationship.
* Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
* Support the client onboarding process by providing necessary information and guidance.
* Proactively gather client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality client journey.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within a professional B2B or consulting environment.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, confident, and professional demeanour.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to find effective solutions for clients.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote setting.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* A genuine commitment to providing a first-class customer experience.
* Experience within the advisory or professional services industry is considered a significant advantage.
