Responsibilities

* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution to solve it.
* Maintain and update customer records accurately in the company's CRM system.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as required.
* Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute ideas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Meet personal and team targets for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for de-escalating situations.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* A high degree of empathy, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
* A dedicated and quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.
