Remote Customer Service Representative- AL/MS Residents Only

In this role, you will be working remotely at home, interacting with our customers over the phone, text, and email while being responsible primarily for outstanding service and care for our customers as well as other administrative duties.

Skills & Requirements

Weed Man is looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals who meet the following:

  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience supporting brand products and services
  • Experience supporting consumer products and/or services.
  • Positive demeanor and professional appearance
  • Minimum HS diploma, college preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented environment

Home Work Space:

  • Dedicated home office workspace, preferably a separate room with its own door
  • Adequate space to set up the workstation
  • Ability to hardwire internet(plug directly into your router)
  • Personal disruptions are not allowed during scheduled hours and should not be audible in background noise. This includes but not limited to:
  • Loud music
  • Non-work-related phone calls
  • Other household members
  • Television/streaming services, etc.
  • You are scheduled on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift. It's essential to understand this job does not allow flexibility to answer the door or be on-call care for others during work hours.

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Answer inbound calls that can range from service questions to billing inquiries
  • Handle Customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure a solution
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Process customer orders or changes according to established department policies and procedures
  • Work with various departments to ensure those customer inquiries are directed to the appropriate department and personnel
  • Up-sell services to the customer once any questions or concerns are resolved
  • Various data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the department
  • Maintain knowledge & information about services and products

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
