We're working on behalf of a luxury e-commerce company that supports customers throughout their online shopping experience. This role focuses on providing thoughtful, professional assistance to customers who value high-quality service and clear communication.
You’ll handle customer questions related to orders, products, and delivery while helping maintain a polished brand experience.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone support
- Assist with orders, shipping updates, returns, and exchanges
- Provide accurate product information and next-step guidance
- Document interactions clearly in the customer support system
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Share feedback on recurring questions or customer concerns
