About Us

Golden Planet is an international fine jewelry company with operations in the USA, and in Europe. We specialize in 14K gold jewelry manufacturing and wholesale, with a growing presence in the U.S. market. We are seeking a skilled freelance Data & Business Analyst to help us interpret business data, build reports, and improve decision-making processes across our global operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, Excel reports, sales and inventory systems).
• Create clear dashboards and visual reports to support executive decisions (Power BI or similar tools).
• Analyze sales, production, and profitability metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Build and improve KPI tracking systems for management reporting.
• Evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements.
• Present findings and recommendations in concise, data-driven summaries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI (or Tableau).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial and operational data preferred (sales, inventory, cost analysis).
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver on time.
• Background in manufacturing or jewelry industry is a plus (not mandatory).

Pay: $29.02 - $34.95 per hour
