Job Overview
Danilowicz is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Data Analyst to join our growing team. As an organisation, we are dedicated to helping home buyers and sellers have a positive experience throughout their property journey by providing comprehensive information, innovative tools, and professional expertise. We empower our users to manage their home investments effectively through data-driven platforms.
This is a full-time, remote position based in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that will drive strategic decisions and enhance our user experience. You will be at the heart of our mission to revolutionise the property market.
Salary: $25 - $55 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
* Collect, clean, and interpret large and complex datasets related to property listings, user behaviour, and market trends.
* Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing business intelligence.
* Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and product improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.
* Communicate findings and present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation in a clear and concise manner.
* Perform ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
* Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data across all platforms and reports.
Qualifications
* Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
* Demonstrable experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Proficiency in a programming language used for data analysis, such as Python or R.
* Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
* Experience in the real estate or property technology (PropTech) industry is highly desirable but not essential.
