At World Atlantic Travel, we specialise in creating personalised travel plans that cater to our clients' unique interests, budgets, and travel styles. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our data systems, which are essential for designing unforgettable, tailor-made travel experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that all client and travel information is entered and managed with the highest degree of precision.


Salary: $26 - $38 USD per hour


Responsibilities


 

• Accurately input and manage customer information, booking details, and custom travel itineraries within our company database.
• Perform regular data verification and quality checks to ensure the integrity and completeness of all records.
• Update and maintain client files, including travel preferences and histories, to support our personalised service.
• Organise and sort source documents, interpreting data to ensure it is entered into the correct fields.
• Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive client information.
• Collaborate with our travel planning team to resolve any data discrepancies and support their operational needs.
• Generate reports and retrieve data from the database as requested by management.

Qualifications


 

• Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with meticulous attention to detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, and experience with data management systems.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• A high level of integrity and a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• An interest in the travel and tourism industry is considered an advantage.
