Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently inputting, updating, and maintaining data from various sources into our company databases and systems.
* Conducting regular reviews of data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and rectifying any discrepancies.
* Preparing and sorting documents for data entry, ensuring all information is correctly processed.
* Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all company and client information in line with our data protection policies.
* Organising and managing electronic files and records to ensure they are easily accessible for consulting staff.
* Assisting with the generation of reports and performing basic data analysis as required.
* Collaborating with other team members to support various projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role.
* Exceptional typing speed and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently, manage your own time, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
* Familiarity with CRM systems or other database software is desirable but not essential.
