We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk.

This full-time position is crucial for supporting our operations by accurately inputting and managing company data. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our databases, ensuring our advisors have the information they need to provide exceptional service. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $55.00 USD.

Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources, including property listings, client records, and sales contracts, into our databases.
* Review and verify data for errors or omissions, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure high levels of accuracy.
* Maintain and update existing records on a regular basis.
* Generate reports and retrieve data for other team members as requested.
* Uphold strict data confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
* Organise and file digital documents to ensure they are easily accessible.
* Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Exceptional typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
* Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous but not essential.
