Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be entrusted with managing information for our commercial projects and internal records. Your primary duties will include:
• Accurately entering and updating data from various sources into our company databases and digital systems.
• Regularly verifying data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies as they arise.
• Maintaining the confidentiality and security of all company and customer information.
• Organising and maintaining files and records to ensure they remain current and easily accessible.
• Generating reports and retrieving data for other team members and departments as requested.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the business.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. Key qualifications include:
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy, with a high level of proficiency in data entry.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in administration or computer skills are an advantage.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
