We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this work-from-home role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining company data in various databases and computer systems. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
  • Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before data entry.
  • Verify, correct, and update existing records as needed.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and records.
  • Generate reports and retrieve information upon request.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy goals.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding data discrepancies or workflow issues.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and data security guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
