Job Overview

Digital Moviola is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Remote Data Entry Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our organisational data, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and reliable. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while contributing to a meaningful cause.



Responsibilities

* Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into our company databases and computer systems.

* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output for quality.

* Conduct regular verification and cleaning of data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

* Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to prevent data loss.

* Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and in compliance with data privacy policies.

* Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and support various departments with their data-related needs.

* Adhere to company data management procedures and best practices.



Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.

* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.

* Familiarity with data management software and CRM systems.

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* A high level of integrity and a strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.

* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
