Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Dental-Medical Cross-Coding Biller In this position, you will manage cross-coding processes between dental and medical billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards. Responsibilities include utilizing medical coding systems, verifying benefits, submitting claims, managing billing inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date health information records. You will work directly with patients, team members, and insurance providers to optimize workflows and meet organizational goals. We are looking for someone efficient with TMD, craniofacial pain, sleep-related devices, bone surgery, imaging like CBCT

Qualification

• Proficient in Medical Coding and Dental-Medical Cross Coding
• Understanding of Coding Experience and Health Information Management
• Familiarity with RHIT and Medical Terminology
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to navigate and manage Health Information Systems efficiently
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a medical or dental billing setting is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training in medical/dental coding are preferred
