This fully remote position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by building strong relationships with prospective drivers and internal teams alike.
Compensation & Earnings
This position is 100% commission-based with an uncapped earning potential - the harder you work, the more you can earn.
Draw on commission is available for up to the first 4-weeks. Post onboarding, your income is driven by your performance with no ceiling on what you can make.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to attract qualified driver candidates through social media, job boards, cold calling, and other channels.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new drivers.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, or Workday to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with HR teams on employment law compliance, contracts, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through relationship management techniques and talent pipeline development.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor practices to enhance sourcing strategies and improve talent acquisition efforts.
- Coordinate with internal departments on driver needs, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, or logistics recruitment within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law regulations relevant to remote hiring practices across different regions.
- Experience with HR sourcing tools including social media management platforms and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management, research, cold calling, and leveraging sales skills for talent acquisition success.
