[Remote - Egypt] English Instructors

We’re looking to hire motivated English coaches who care deeply about students' growth — not just teachers, but mentors for our students.

You’re a fit if you:

• Have 1 year of experience (or more) teaching intermediate (B1/B2) adult learners (must)
• Are fluent in English (C1+, clear, natural accent) with a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA..etc certificates, BA in education or a proven record of recent CPD (must).
• Have a proven track record of great rapport with adult learners.
• Have strong communication and leadership skills to lead our students to take action to better themselves and work on their English.
• Are confident leading dynamic, speaking-focused group classes (5-6 students/class).
• Can attend monthly community meetups in Cairo
• Don’t mind recording classes for marketing & quality purposes (we would need class recordings to showcase student transformations).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead small group classes (max 6 students), four days per week, from Sunday through Wednesday, 8:00–11:00 PM (Egypt time)
• Hold private coaching sessions with your students in addition to group classes (~3 hrs/week, flexible — you get to control your calendar) to set weekly goals, assign tasks, track progress, give personalized feedback to your students.
• Log basic student data (attendance & class reports — takes 1–2 minutes daily)
• Attend online team meetings weekly (~30/45 mins) for alignment and support
• Join our monthly in-person meetups in Cairo (we meet up to do something fun & memorable -- you won't hate it, we promise.)

Compensation

• First Month (Probation): 100 EGP/hour → Plus equivalent rate for coaching calls
• Following Three Months: 150 EGP/hour → Plus equivalent rate for coaching calls
• After Completion Of 4 Months: → 10,000 EGP/month (basic salary tied to clear & achievable KPIs) → Plus 200 EGP/hour for coaching calls

P.S. Due to business limitations, we can currently only accept candidates who are Egyptians and who are currently based in Egypt.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: E£6,000.00 - E£12,000.00 per month
