Who You’d Be

As a Remote Enrollment Representative, your workday will focus on meaningful conversations with individuals exploring coverage options. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, attentive, professional, and able to explain complex information in a simple and reassuring way.

What the Role Involves

• Attend scheduled phone appointments with individuals who requested information
• Conduct thoughtful conversations to understand each person's situation and goals
• Explain available coverage options clearly and honestly
• Answer questions with professionalism and transparency
• Help individuals make informed decisions with confidence
• Maintain organized notes and client records
• Prepare for upcoming appointments and follow-up conversations

Most conversations typically last between 20–45 minutes and are centered around helping people feel informed and supported throughout the process.

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity. Representatives who remain consistent, organized, and engaged commonly earn within the posted compensation range.
