COMPENSATION

• Performance-based, commission-based pay structure

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Must be 18 years or older
• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Able to manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Willing to obtain any required state licenses (training support available)
