Remote Experience & Loaner Coordinator – Briarwood Ford

The Mission: At Briarwood Ford, we believe service should be a convenience, not a chore. We’re looking for a Remote Experience & Loaner Coordinator—the ultimate multitasker who can manage our "shop on wheels" and our fleet of premium loaner vehicles.

You aren't just booking appointments; you’re managing a high-end concierge service. You're the one who ensures that when a customer hands over their keys, they aren't losing their mobility.

What the Role Looks Like

• Logistics Guru: You’ll coordinate the daily schedule for our Mobile Service and Pick-Up & Delivery drivers. You’re the "Air Traffic Controller" making sure everyone is where they need to be.
• Loaner Fleet Captain: You’ll manage our fleet of loaner vehicles. This includes tracking "who has what," managing the reservation calendar, and ensuring cars are returned on time and ready for the next guest.
• Vehicle Readiness: You’ll keep an eye on the fleet’s vitals—ensuring loaners are clean, fueled, and maintained. Nobody wants a loaner with an empty tank and a "Maintenance Required" light on.
• Paperwork Pro: You’ll handle the "boring but important" stuff—verifying driver’s licenses, insurance, and rental agreements so every hand-off is seamless and protected.
• Customer Concierge: You are the primary point of contact via text, phone, and the FordPass app, keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s status in real-time.
