This role requires eligibility to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License- no felonies involving dishonesty or breach of trust.

What We Provide

Compensation & Growth

• Begin as a Training Associate (35% commission)
• Advance based on production and leadership, not tenure
• Earn up to 110% commission
• Our carriers pay commissions up front, with ongoing renewals

You control your pace — start part-time and scale intentionally.

How Compensation Works (Example):

If a client invests $500 per month ($6,000 annually):

• Training Associate (35%) earns $2,100 upfront
• Associate level earns $2,700 upfront

At the Associate level, helping just 3 clients per month would equal:

• $8,100 per month
• $97,200 per year

This is a simple example for an illustration. Actual earnings vary based on client needs and the types of policies placed (retirement plans, IULs, Head Start plans, etc.).
