Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, to ensure smooth freight operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms with clients to secure competitive pricing.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach and inside sales strategies to expand the customer base within the logistics and supply chain sectors.
• Coordinate with dispatching teams to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments while maintaining accurate data entry for all transactions.

Experience

• Proven experience in supply chain management or transportation management roles within a freight brokerage or 3PL environment.
• Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and logistics sales with a focus on freight or transportation services.
• Strong negotiation skills with shippers, and vendors to secure favorable contracts and pricing agreements.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to lead generation and customer relationship management. Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
