Remote - Full Stack Developer for CRM Development

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of an existing CRM platform. The system currently integrates Twilio for voice and SMS and is actively used in production. We are looking for someone reliable, detail oriented, and capable of managing features end to end.

This role is ideal for a developer who is comfortable working with an existing codebase and improving performance, stability, and feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance a custom CRM platform
• Implement new features and improve existing workflows
• Manage Twilio integrations for calls, SMS, and webhooks
• Work with AWS for deployment, scaling, and system reliability
• Collaborate closely with the business team on timelines and priorities
• Ensure clean, well documented, and maintainable code

Required Skills

• Strong experience with MongoDB
• Solid knowledge of AWS infrastructure and deployments
• Hands on experience with Twilio (voice and SMS)
• Proficiency in Next.js and React
• Backend experience with Node.js
• Full stack development experience with real production systems
